Well, yes you can! But not like that! There is no one-size-fits-all list of requirements we can and will hand over to you on request. Firstly? Partner Visas and even Tourist Visas (Visitor Visas) are complicated, and take a lot of effort to make a convincing visa application that will be successful. And every visa application is different because people are different. Relationships are different and personal situations are different.
